Fused with original songs and tunes, taking listeners on an auditory journey unlike any other, through dreamy soundscapes and earth moving frequencies from a high energy rhythm section.
Cosys Ex collective have created a buzz around their live performances, with a rich pool of seasoned musicians, primarily based around a core Newcastle based trio featuring Merle Harbron on fiddle, percussionist Diji Solanke, and Rob playing guitar. Their performances are primarily song led, the Gaelic songs are collected by regular collaborator Kaitlin Ross, alongside Rob. This is woven together with analog synthesizers, epic spatial effects and re-sampled sounds performed live, alongside featured players including Ada Francis on Celtic harp.

The collective was formed in 2021 following an award from the Arts Council, for Rob to develop their creative practice over the course of 6 months - including new collaborations that were the basis of creating this project.
